Many if not most US banks limit loss due to credit card fraud to $50.00. To ensure that you feel secure in dealing with us via email, Nature's Corner will cover the first $50.00 of any loss due to fraudulent use of your credit card that occurs as a result of you emailing an order to us containing your credit card number. (Reasonable proof that the fraud is related to our website is necessary.) (Debit cards are not subject to the $50.00 exclusion.) When you use the American Express Card, you will not be held responsible for unauthorized charges online.
When placing your order, you may specify UPS or parcel post if you prefer. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery on all orders, although they are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Our express delivery is thru UPS. Cost of express delivery will depend on the destination and weight of the package as well as the type of express delivery requested. Next day, 2nd day and 3rd day delivery are all available. If you prefer faster delivery please note that on your order and we will contact you with the exact charges.
FOREIGN ORDERS:
Payment may be made by credit card; checks or money orders must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Canadian orders are shipped Air Mail, and charged 35% of order subtotal (minimum shipping charge of $5.00). All other foreign orders, please indicate surface or air shipment. For surface, add 50% of order subtotal. For air, add 100% of order subtotal. We charge the exact cost of shipping on all other foreign orders. If the payment sent is less or more than the exact shipping cost, we will bill or credit you accordingly.
It is advisible that you investigate your country's custom office procedures to insure the products you intend to order can be imported into your country. Only English speaking staff are on duty.
